Earlier this month, we told you that Meizu would be skipping the Meizu MX5 Pro. That tip came from a Meizu executive, who said that the manufacturer would be replacing the phone with a handset from a new series.Today, sources posted again, leaked images of the Meizu MX5 Pro “Plus” which seems to be an upgraded version of the MX5 Pro, which means Meizu has 2 new upcoming devices under their belt, possibly both packing Samsung’s Exynos 7420 SoC.
We have images from Chinese tipster @KJuma, allegedly showing off the MX5 Pro Plus.
The device’s appearance doesn’t look to be anything very surprising, as it resembles the MX4 Pro, with the phablet sized display, and the fingerprint sensor/home button combo at the bottom of the device. While the device’s display size looks big, it doesn’t nearly look as big as it sounds. Since the MX5 Pro should theoretically have a high resolution (Quad HD) 5.5 Inch display, the MX5 Pro “PLUS” should have a display size of 6 Inches or more, hence the name “Plus.”
Another rumor has the Meizu MX5 Pro Plus being a multi-tasking monster with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM inside. Imaging wise, we expect to see a 20.7MP rear-facing camera handling photograph.
You can find additionally AnTuTu standard outcomes connected to this particular apparatus, but unfortunately, they have been blanked out. The specs are not recorded, if the unit is really bench-marked on AnTuTu, it is only a matter of finding the version number, which has not been shown.
