Earlier in Atom series, we have seen Iris Atom, Iris Atom X, Iris Atom 2X and Iris Atom 2. Now, the Lava has come with Iris Atom 3, which is priced at Rs. 4899. The smartphone will be available across all national retail stores, multi-brand outlets and online platforms. The phone supports smart gesture controls that allow you to launch applications (W- browser, M-music, V-video player, Z-radio) directly from locked screen.
The Lava Iris Atom 3 features a 5-inches FWVGA TN touchscreen that has 854 × 480 pixels of resolution and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor that is coupled with 512MB of RAM. It is equipped with 8GB of internal memory that is further expandable with up to 32GB of microSD card. The device boots from Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box.
The Lava Iris Atom 3 houses a 5 MP of rear camera that features LED flash. There is also a 2 MP front-facing snapper for selfies / video calling. It is fueled by a 2000mAH battery. On the connectivity front, the device includes 3G, FM Radio, dual-SIM with dual standby, 3.5mm sound jack, Bluetooth, WiFi, mobile hotspot and GPS /A-GPS. It comes in Black and White variant colors.
