Asus has quietly listed its new low-budget smartphone in Indian website, dubbed as Asus ZenFone Go. It is also listed in the retailer Flipkart site. On both places, there is no word on its pricing.

The newest ZenFone Go smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop-centered ZenUI. It supports double micro sim cards with double standby functionality. The handset is pwoered by a MediaTek MT6580 chipset coupled with quad-core 1.3GHz processor and 2GB of RAM. It will soon be available in 8GB and 16GB built-in storage forms and help expandable storage via micro-sd card (up to 64GB).


Asus ZenFone Go - front and back

The Asus ZenFone Go features a 5-inch High Definition (720×1280 pixels) IPS screen, houses an 8 megapixel back auto-focus camera with f/2.0 aperture. There is also a 2MP camera at the front for selfies / video calling. The device includes Bluetooth, Wifi, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, GPS/ A-GP and Micro-USB connection choices. Especially, the phone does not support 4G connection. A 2070mAH battery backs it. The phone will soon be colors that are obtainable in Black, White, and Red colours. It quantifies 144.5x71x9.98mm and weighs 135 grams. The device packages accelerometer, Ecompass, closeness, and ambient light sensors.

The device also comes with 100 GB of Google Drive storage, which is free for 2 years.
