Acer has launched a new smartphone, dubbed as Liquid Zest Plus. Priced at $250, the handset will be soon available in the U.S.
The phone comes with a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with Zero Air Gap technology and 1280 x 720 pixels of resolution. It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with laser auto-focus, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and contrast detection, which according to the Acer, it is a hybrid tri-focus system. The another highlight is of the device is its impressive 5000mAh battery that supports Quick Charge and promises up to 3 days of battery life.
The Acer Liquid Zest Plus is powered by a MediaTek MT6735 1.3 GHz quad-core processor that is coupled with 2GB of RAM. It is equipped with 16GB of internal memory that is further expandable with up to 32GB of microSD card. The device boots from Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box. The Acer Liquid Zest Plus packs a 5 MP front-facing snapper for selfies / video calling. On the connectivity front, the device includes 4G LTE, 3.5 mm sound jack, Bluetooth, WiFi, mobile hotspot and GPS /A-GPS. It comes in Pure White and Metallic Blue variant colors.
